Clarence Tang is a litigation lawyer with experience handling a broad range of complex commercial and civil disputes. His practice encompasses construction disputes and arbitration, commercial contract disputes, shareholders’ disputes, employment law, defamation, digital assets and cryptocurrency disputes, taxation advisory, as well as winding-up and insolvency matters.
His construction practice includes disputes arising from major infrastructure and development projects, including hydroelectric power plants, water treatment plants, residential and high-rise developments, and Merdeka 118.
Clarence has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Malaysia. He is committed to providing practical, strategic and commercially focused legal solutions, approaching each matter with careful preparation and a clear understanding of his client’s objectives.
